I.      OBJECTIVE

The NWO Zone Manager (ZM) is an operations management position that is available for qualified applicants who wish to serve as an operations level supervisor in addition to their work as an armed/unarmed Security Officer. ZMs share the responsibility for all company field operations, site specific administrative records, and all security personnel. ZMs report directly to the NWO Director of Operations. Additional work on top of regular duties is estimated at 16-24 hours per week.

 

II.      PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designated as the 24 hour Officer in Charge, responsible for all operations and incidents within that time frame.
  • Perform quarterly employee reviews
  • Perform auditing reports
  • Identify personnel for awards/recognition/discipline
  • Attend scheduled management meetings

III.      DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Management ability and experience
  • Administrative experience pertaining to auditing documents and reviewing/revising policy
  • Time management skill
  • Interpersonal communication skill
  • A desire to lead a team and develop/mentor junior personnel
